RealEast Networks, LLC - the software developer for VoIP service providers and IT industry has confirmed its ISO 9001:2000 certificate. The audit held by the representatives of Bureau Veritas (BVQI) showed remarkable progress in terms of services quality, as well as all QMS processes.
During the audit not a single nonconformance was found. The auditor marked the professionalism of employees and their active participation in QMS processes.
