RealEast Networks to confirm ISO 9001:2000 certificate
RealEast Networks, LLC - the software developer for VoIP service providers and IT industry passed its two-year ISO 9001:2000 recertification audit. The recertification was conducted by the representatives of Bureau Veritas (BVQI). Bureau Veritas (BVQI) confirmed that the RealEast networks Quality Management System meets the internationally recognized standards of quality in its management and service procedures. ISO 9001:2000 requires careful documentation of all quality management procedures and evidence of a consistent Quality methodology in conformity with the international standard.
During the audit, RealEast Networks, which has been ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2004, was found to have zero non-conformance issues. The auditor marked the professionalism of employees and their active participation in QMS processes.
